  • bury yourself in blankets if need be. keep water and your meds at the ready, along with safe foods.
  • take a shower. just let it wash over you.
  • panicking, dissociated, or experiencing self harm urges? stick an ice cube in your mouth.
  • dont bury yourself in your feelings, but dont numb them either. i know its hard. i wont tell you to journal, i can never manage it myself.
  • breathe. just breathe.
  • brush your teeth. they are very expensive and essential for health. if nothing else, mouthwash. make it not mint if you dont like mint.
